It deserves its 4 stars. Great place for staying in the middle of Dunedin. So close to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot.
Unfortunately, the street was noisy. The bed was uncomfortable.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like The Good Oil Cafe that was only 10 minutes' walk away. It is a cosy base for a longer stay:)))

we greatly enjoyed how close it is to the octagon and forsyth barr stadium. the staff were loyal, the location was comfortable. zanzibar, where you can eat, is just walking distance from the hotel. the accommodation is in the middle of the town.
